This is price is a cost estimate and may change due to:

1  Delays by the customer

Connectivity failures

3  Rescheduling of any sessions or meetings by the customer

4  Non-attendance at mandatory sessions

Payment Terms Full payment in advance on submission of purchase order, minimum 10 days prior to commencement of workshop.

Workshop Structure

Pre-workshop digital material preparation, finalisation & digitally distributed

Mandatory pre-workshop Introductory Readiness sessions on MS Teams (2 x 30 minutes)

Full day online workshop on MS Teams (8 hours

Post-workshop team online follow ups, progress monitoring & guidance on MS Teams (total 4 hours = 8 x 30 minutes)

Post-workshop digital report & client online feedback on MS Teams (1 hour)
