Microsoft Gold Partner and top 1% global Dynamics 365 provider Mint Management Technologies was recognised as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner of the year at the Microsoft Partner Network Awards 2017 and was also deemed a finalist in both the Application Development and Cloud Productivity categories.
The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Partner of the Year Award recognises a partner who differentiates themselves as premiere industry providers of Dynamics 365 that deliver modern intelligent experiences and services that connect all the data across an organisation to help their customers make better, faster decisions and achieve optimal outcomes.
Mint Group CEO Carel du Toit notes that the Dynamics 365 recognition showcases the organisation’s commitment to customer engagement, as well as the continuous transformation and innovation of its Customer Centricity (CC) practice.
Du Toit notes that Mint’s CC practice has grown in leaps and bounds over the last two years, with a 100% growth in team size. “As the main Dynamics CRM solutions provider to Africa’s leading enterprises, we are continuously increasing our reach across industries, transforming customer centricity for our clients, and enabling innovation that disrupts, rendering us in the top 1% of Dynamics 365 providers globally.”
Among Mint’s Dynamics 365 implementations in FY17, du Toit highlights the role that it played in the development and implementation of South Africa’s National Department of Health which is already driving improved service delivery and healthcare for the country’s citizens. In addition, the organisation’s Anti-Money Laundering solution developed for Africa’s Financial Services Providers has helped the financial services industry to not only curb illegal activities but also use the features of Dynamics 365 to increase customer retention rates.
Putting People First
Reflecting on the organisation’s key differentiator with regard to customer relationship management, CC Practice head Rynhardt Grobler states that Mint’s unique approach to enabling clients to unlock cloud value, and its proactive approach to identifying all requirements and loopholes prior to an implementation, facilitates the seamless blending of people, processes, and technology, thereby, keeping costs down, efficiencies up and customers happy.
“Mint is on a mission to take its current and prospective customers to the cloud while enabling them to access whatever services they need to ensure a holistic solution offering based on effective and efficient technology. Our focus is on cloud adoption and unlocking the cloud through digital transformation roadmaps, enabling our clients to focus on business-as-usual while we drive disruption through technology.”
Grobler adds that Microsoft’s mission of always placing people at the center of everything aligns with Mint’s values of “People First”. “Our key differentiator is our drive to be first. We were not only one of the first companies in South Africa to be ISO 27001:2005 certified, but we are also the only gold Application Lifecycle Management certified organisation in South Africa with gold competencies in Dynamics 365, Collaboration and Content, and Application and Cloud Development.”
Du Toit concludes that Mint will continue to be the leading Dynamics 365 provider globally, utilising new advancement to its advantage and helping its clients to innovate, dominate and disrupt markets. “For Mint ‘First’ is a way of being and this is continuously showcased as we pave the way to innovation. With the addition of our Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Computing practice we are enabling our clients to take customer centricity, productivity and cloud development further and are excited to showcase these advancements at the 2018 Microsoft Partner Awards”
